President Judge Russell Shurtleff handed down the following sentences Wednesday morning, June 13, in the Wyoming County Court of Common Pleas:

*Brielle Lynn Ankenbauer, 26, of Factoryville, was sentenced to 5 years standard intermediate punishment commencing with 90 days house arrest for DUI, second offense, on Dec. 7, 2017.

*Bruce Donald Birk, 52, of Tunkhannock, was sentenced to 6 months standard intermediate punishment commencing with 30 days house arrest for DUI of a controlled substance on Jan. 11, 2017.

*Nichole Marie Davis, 33, of West Pittston, was sentenced to 4-36 months in state prison and a $500 fine for retail theft on Nov. 5, 2017.

*Jacob Pasquale Desarno, 24, of Scranton was sentenced to 30 days-18 moths in county jail for simple assault on July 29, 2017.

*Charles Alvin Miller, 22, of Hop Bottom, was sentenced to 9-24 months in state prison and a $500 fine for theft by unlawful on Nov. 22, 2017; and to 9-24 months in state prison and a $500 fine for forgery on Nov. 22, 2017, with sentences to be served concurrently; and to 2-12 months in state prison and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on June 20, 2017, with sentence to be served consecutive to first.

*Sheldon L. Moody, 31, of Hanover, was sentenced to 30 days-6 months in county jail and a $1,000 fine for DUI, second offense, on Nov. 3, 2017.

*Jack Edward Parry 56, of Tunkhannock, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 27, 2017.

​*​Austin Raymond Rosengrant, 21, of Forkston, was sentenced to 12 months probation, a $500 fine and $65 restitution for possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered on Sept. 27, 2016.

*James Marvin Siegel, 62, Hanover Township, was sentenced to 15 days-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for firearms not to be carried on Nov. 30, 2017; and to a $25 fine for restrictions on beverages on Nov. 30, 2017.

*Kyle-Ann Lucas Tunis, 25, of Harveys Lake, was sentenced to 3-18 months in county jail, a $500 fine, and $495 restitution for theft by unlawful taking on Dec. 1, 2017

*Nakita Jessica Winiavski, 28, of Scranton, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 27.
