The Warriors basketball team hit a two game skid, falling to Susquehanna on their annual Coaches vs. Cancer game night and then on the road to Lakeland.

Friday night after a moving ceremony honoring those fighting cancer, and honoring those who have lost their battle, Elk Lake lost the game 57-42.

Nate Preston scored 16 points for Elk Lake.

On Monday at Lakeland, the seventh-ranked Chiefs topped the Warriors 64-35 for a Division III-IV crossover win.

Adam Anderson scored 13 points for Elk Lake and Hunter Bomboy had 10.

The Warriors hosted Mountain View Tuesday night, and headed to Forest City on Friday.
