LIAA all-star

game postponed

The LIAA boys and girls basketball senior all-star games remain postponed with nothing settled regarding new dates.

Richard Helbing, Nico Berrios, and Josh Rzucidlo were to represent Lackawanna Trail while Brant Marshall and Mercedes Zajaczkowski were chsoen from Elk Lake.

The LIAA athletic directors rescheduled their reorganizational meeting to March 27 due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak. There they will discuss the status of the all-star games and the future of the spring sports schedules, should students return to the classroom.

TU Teen camp

Registration is open for the 8th annual Keystone TU Teens Conservation camp, June 14-20.

The camp is open to boys and girls, ages 14 to 18. Cost is $450 with the availability for scholarships.
