The Lady Warriors volleyball team earned the first win of the season behind a three game sweep of Forest City on Monday night.

On their home court, sisters Olivia Voll had five kills and five assists and Amanda Voll had 11 points and five aces to lead the Lady Warriors.

Lily Decker added six kills for the winners.

Elk Lake beat the winless Forresters with 25-14, 27-25, and 28-26 sets.

Thursday, the Lady Warriors and Dunmore competed at Elk Lake, with the home team being swept.

In the Lackawanna League match, Amanda Voll had six points for Elk Lake, Olivia Voll had three kills and Anna Comly had four points.

The Lady Bucks scored 25-10, 25- 10, and 25-14 for the win.
