The Warriors continued to shut down the competition, taking both wins from Mid Valley this week at home and on the road.
Monday afternoon at home, freshman Henry Lopez and junior Matthew Mowry each had three goals and an assist to lead the Warriors to a dominating 9-1 win over the Spartans.
Wyatt Casselbury added two goals, and Truman Ely also found the net.
Completing the sweep, Elk Lake trounced Mid Valley on Thursday, shutting them out under the lights at Spartan Stadium.
Mowry scored two goals to lead Elk Lake over the winless Spartans.
Lopez and freshman Levi Tyler also scored in the first half as the Warriors built a 4-0 lead.
Elk Lake put a whopping 56 shots on net in the two game series.
Jack Lincoln made his season debut in goal for the Warriors, stopping all but one of the nine shots he faced in the series.
The Warriors face Riverside Monday on the road and Wednesday at home.
