Sentences handed down by Judge Shurtleff in the Wyoming County Court of Common Pleas in Tunkhannock on Wednesday, Feb. 13:

*Frederick C. Boston Jr., 49, of Hunlock Creek, was sentenced to 3-6 months in county jail and a $500 fine for DUI on Nov. 14, 2018.

*Michael Lawrence Brown, 33, of Throop, was sentenced to 4-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 6, 2017.

*Levi Wayne Burgess, 25, of Tunkhannock, was sentenced to 85 days-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 30, 2018.

*Amber Sirenna Campbell, 43, of Harding, was sentenced to 72 hours-6 months in county jail and a $1,000 fine for DUI of a controlled substance on April 21, 2018.

*Todd William Conroe Jr., 38, of Nicholson, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on June 29, 2018.

*Jason Edward Cybulski, 37, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 77 days-6 months in county jail and a $1,000 fine for DUI of a controlled substance on Aug. 21, 2018.

*Brandon Wayne Derricott, 28, of Johnstown, was sentenced to 18-60 months in state prison and a $2,500 fine for DUI of a controlled substance, third offense, on April 9, 2018.

*Keaton Lee Hue, 27, of Tunkhannock, was sentenced to 30 days-23.5 months in county jail, a $500 fine and $613.22 restitution for terroristic threats on Sept. 26, 2018.

*Adam Tracey Hunsinger, 34, of Factoryville, was sentenced to 5 years standard intermediate punishment commencing with 90 days house arrest, and a $1,500 fine for DUI of a controlled substance, second offense, on Nov. 17, 2018.

*Lynne M. Lewis, 60, of Mildred, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for theft by unlawful taking on June 5, 2918.

*Justin David Myers, 19, of Tunkhannock, was sentenced to 3-6 months in county jail, a $500 fine, and $500 restitution for conspiracy to commit criminal trespass on Mar. 22, 2018; to 3-6 months in county jail, a $500 fine and $1,338.96 restitution for conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property on Mar. 24, 2018; to 1-6 months in county jail, a $500 fine and $139 restitution for criminal attempt to commit simple assault on Nov. 23, 2017, with sentences to be served consecutively. He was also sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for criminal trespass on Nov. 23, 2017; to 12 months probation, a $500 fine and $3,229.61 restitution for criminal conspiracy to engage in theft by unlawful taking in Mar. 24, 2018; and to a $300 fine for cruelty to animals on Nov. 23, 2017, with the latter sentences to be served concurrent to the first three.

*Brittney C. Norton, 30, of Exeter, was sentenced to 5 days-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for obstructing administration of law on Jan. 13, 2017.

*Thomas Paul Nourse, 61, of Dalton, was sentenced to 72 hours-6 months in county jail and a $1,000 fine for DUI of a controlled substance on June 6, 2018.

*Reid Scott Parkison, 30, of Nicholson, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for fleeing or attempting to elude officer on June 30, 2018.

*Christine Jane Shaffer, 29, of Laceyville, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for recklessly endangering another person on Aug. 12, 2018

*Matthew David Shaffer, 30, of Wyalusing, was sentenced to 6-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for terroristic threats on Dec. 27, 2017; and to 1-11.5 months in county jail and a $500 fine for criminal mischief on Dec. 27, 2017, with sentences to be served consecutively.

*William E. Siglin, 30, of Factoryville, was sentenced to 44 days-6 months in county jail and a $1,000 fine for DUI of a controlled substance on July 21, 2018.

*Joseph R. Smith, 32, of Lake Ariel, was sentenced to 2-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for fleeing or attempting to elude officer on Aug. 3, 2018.

*William J. Strollis, 49, of Exeter, was sentenced to 12 months probation and a $500 fine for possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 30, 2018.

*Michael Timothy Wiernusz, 33, of Wilkes-Barre, was sentenced to 182 days-12 months in county jail and a $500 fine for simple assault on June 6, 2018.
