A 19-year-old Tunkhannock man faces up to seven years in prison and a $15,000 fine after pleading guilty to access device fraud.

Dustin James Mooers appeared before President Judge Russell Shurtleff, in the Wyoming County Court of Common Pleas Friday morning.

According to court records, he used another’s Community Bank debit card last June without their authorization.

He will be sentenced at a later date.

Other guilty pleas entered Friday:

*John Edward Barral, 27, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking on May 3.

*Seth Michael Brinzo, 25, of Swoyersville, pleaded guilty to DUI on Aug. 9.

*Kelly Lynn Brown, 34, of Kingsley, pleaded guilty to DUI on Nov. 17, 2013.

*Amber Lynn Derosa, 24, of Plymouth, pleaded guilty to criminal solicitation to possess a controlled substance, and criminal conspiracy to possess a controlled substance on Aug. 1.

*Anthony Charles Donnora Jr., 42, of Forkston, pleaded guilty to DUI, third offense, on April 5.

*Lynn Marie Evans, 40, of Meshoppen, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking on March 17.

*Timothy James Farley, 48, of Towanda, pleaded guilty to DUI on June 21.

*David Anthony Garrison, 44, of Dalton, pleaded guilty to DUI on June 27.

*Jesse James Greene, 25, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia on July 31.

*Eric Josh Grieshaber, 33, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to forgery on July 6.

*Courtney Lynn Gruver, 24, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to forgery on Jan. 17; to theft by unlawful taking on April 22; and to criminal trespass on April 23.

*Sharon Lee Hall, 52, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to DUI, second offense, on June 15.

*Jonathan Lee Hollister, 38, of Meshoppen, false identification to law enforcement on May 11.

*Alyson Noel Jordan, 25, of Montrose, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia on April 8.

*Teddie Patrick Kelley Jr., 25, of Factoryville, pleaded guilty to DUI on Sept. 21.

*Patrick Layden, 25, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering another person on May 23.

*Christine A. McClain, 48, of Meshoppen, pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking on Aug. 8.

*Mark Edward Moon, 31, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, on Sept. 25.

*Mark Edward Nonnemacher, 34, of Scranton, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia on June 11.

*Douglas Allen Smith, 33, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft on Apr. 22.

*Benjamin David Williams, 24, of Tunkhannock, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a vehicle on March 27; and to theft by unlawful taking on April 9.

*Sarah Elizabeth Zimmerman, 28, of Old Forge, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia on June 16.
