A pedestrian in a marked crosswalk on East Tioga Street near its intersection with Pine Street was hit by a vehicle early Saturday evening during Tunkhannock’s ‘Christmas in Our Hometown’ activity.

According to a police report, after the impact, Frederick continued traveling west and subsequently returned to the scene of the impact with Daubert.
While Tunkhannock Borough Police Officer Donald Hornlein was conducting his investigation, a secondary collision occurred at the same location as the first.
