Officials unveil D.A.R.E
Tunkhannock Borough Police Chief Keith Carpenter had an opening program on the even of spring break to introduce Tunkhannock Area fifth and sixth graders about Drug Awareness Resistance Education. “Today its all about making good decisions,” Chief Carpenter said. See story page 7.
