Magisterial District Judge David Plummer

Joseph Andrew Lenkiewicz, 30, of Tunkhannock, was charged by Tpr. Justin R. Landsiedel with possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI of a controlled substance, driving while operator privilege suspended, disregarding traffic lane, turning movements and required signals, depositing waste on highway, and careless driving in connection with an incident on Jan. 25 in Tunkhannock Township. His preliminary hearing has been set for March 10.

Dustin Rodney Brown, 23, of Laceyville, was charged by Meshoppen Police Chief John E. Krieg with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, DUI of a controlled substance, accident involving damage, possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of drug paraphernalia, duties at stop sign, disregarding traffic lane, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to stop and render aid, giving false information, improper tires, no rear lights, no headlights, signal improper, reckless driving, careless driving and operating vehicle without valid inspection in connection with an incident on Feb. 7 in Meshoppen Borough. His preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 25.

Anthony Vito Salerno, 33, of Dunmore, was charged by Tpr. Christopher P. Teetsel with forgery, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property in connection with an incident on Sept. 9, 2019, in Clinton Township. His preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 25.

Timothy P. Dunnells, 54, of Scranton, was charged by Overfield Township Police Chief Terrance F. Fisher with DUI, accident involving damage, and disregarding traffic lane, in connection with an incident on Aug. 2, 2019, in Overfield Township. His preliminary hearing has been set for March 10.

Travis Michael Davis, 27, of Mehoopany, was charged by Wyoming County Chief Detective David A. Ide with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver, and contraband in connection with an incident on Jan. 31 in Tunkhannock Borough. His preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 20.

Nicholas John Nystrand, 25, of Laceyville, was charged by Wyoming County Chief Detective David A. Ide with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver, and contraband in connection with an incident on Jan. 1, 2020, in Tunkhannock Borough. His preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 20.

Anthony Jason Kalmanowicz, 31, of Tunkhannock, was charged by Tpr. Aaron J. Hosier with robbery of a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, accidental damage to unattended vehicle, drivers license suspended, and reckless driving, in connection with an incident on Feb. 10 in Eaton Township. His preliminary hearing has been set for Feb. 20.

Jordan Michael Whyte, 31, of Tunkhannock, was charged by Wyoming County Chief Detective David A. Ide with furnishing drug-free urine, possessing instrument of crime, obstructing administration of law, possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, and contraband in connection with an incident on Feb. 10 in Tunkhannock Borough. His preliminary hearing has been set for April 2.
